SHARK's Stefan Bradl crowned 2011 Moto2 World Champion

This weekend the final round of the MotoGP Championship took place at Valencia with SHARK’s Stefan Bradl crowned Moto2 World Champion; following the withdrawal of title rival Marc Marquez. During an exciting Moto2 season, Bradl and Marquez battled throughout, and coming into the final weekend the SHARK-man led his rival by 23 points. Marquez decided not to compete in the season-ending race because he has been suffering from double vision since his crash at Sepang two weeks ago.

Dark weekend for motorsport whilst SHARK-riders dominate the Sunflower Trophy races

Against a somber backdrop this weekend, SHARK-riders were on top form at the Sunflower Trophy races at Bishopscourt in Northern Ireland. Dominating proceedings, SHARK-racers won and landed on the podium in various classes.

SBK draws to a close in Portimao and MotoGP from Phillip Island

With two races left of the 2011 season the MotoGP Championship continued from Phillip Island, Australia this weekend, while the World Superbike Championship came to a close with an action-packed finale at Portimão in Portugal. SHARK-supported riders battled it out to claim last minute points in their selected championships.

The 2011 British Superbike Championship came to a close this weekend with an action-packed weekend of racing at Brands Hatch in Kent. Racing fans were not left disappointed as the riders – including various Shark-supported men – battled it out to claim valuable last-minute points towards their respective title bids.

Victory at last for Zarco in Japan

This weekend the MotoGP circus travelled to the Motegi circuit in Japan, for the postponed Japanese GP. The event, which was scheduled for the end of April, was moved to October in the wake of the devastating earthquake and tsunami that hit the country earlier in the month. The Japanese fans were treated to thrilling racing action, which saw Shark’s supported riders claim a win and valuable points.
