SHARK's new Race-R Pro range hits UK dealers this month, and to mark this, the French manufacturer has unveiled three new colours plus a Replica helmet.

Podium and points for SHARK-riders at Croft and Le Mans

This weekend the third round of the British Superbike Championship continued from the Croft circuit in Yorkshire. SHARK-supported riders Loris Baz and Alex Lowes (Evo) both had successful weekends; Baz started race one on the front row following impressive qualifying times on Saturday. A wet race one saw Baz a front-runner for much of the race alongside Lowes, but it was Baz who took third place with Lowes winning the Evo class close behind in fourth position. During the second race Baz again was a front-runner, and finished fifth, while Lowes crossed the line aboard his WFR Evo Honda in 11th place claiming his second win of the weekend in the Cup championship.

Podiums and points at Monza, and more road racing wins for Farquhar

The fourth round of the World Superbike Championship was held in Italy at the famous Monza circuit this weekend. SHARK-supported Fabien Foret finished the weekend on the third step of the podium after starting the race from fourth position. After being held up in the early stages of the race, Foret was eventually able to push through to a clear third place, which he took over the line - he is now ranked sixth in the overall championship.

Young-Brit and SHARK-protected Sam Lowes had a challenging weekend ahead of him after fracturing his left collarbone following a heavy crash at Assen three weeks previous. Lowes started the race on the front row in second place and battled through the pain of his shoulder to finish in a heroic fifth position. Lowes is now seventh in the overall championship.

Fantastic five for Farquhar plus points and podiums at Oulton Park

SHARK-protected Ryan Farquhar dominated the Cookstown 100 road races on Saturday - winning all five races he started. Perfect conditions blessed the 2.1-mile Orritor circuit and Farquhar’s day got off to an ideal start after winning the Open race despite pressure from Cameron Donald and Guy Martin. The Irishman then continued to rack up four further victories to remain unbeaten for the 2011 season. Fellow SHARK-protected riders Andy Farrell, John Burrow, Adrian Archibald, William Davidson and Wayne Hamilton took the remaining five places respectively. Ronan Pentony won the Senior Support race coming home over five seconds ahead of the second placed ride, Pentony also took third in the Junior Support race concluding a fantastic weekend for SHARK's road racers.
